Tucked away in the old part of Faro walking down to the Marina is a large single story warehouse which is bursting at the seams with antique tiles, apparently collected from all over the country .

There are many panels of antique tiles and hundreds and hundreds of single tiles with prices ranging from 5 euros for a single tile to thousands for the large antique panels.

I found it on  a wet and miserable day in November, but happily spent an hours or so browsing through the stock of tiles on the ground and mezzanine floor.
